PRIVATE PARTIES:
Wheelies is available to book for private events 6pm-12am, Saturday nights all year long subject to availability. We can host events up to 50 people dependent on weather.
We provide the venue, staffing, and work on a food & drinks menu with you that best suits your event.
FOOD:
We have many flexible options for food for your event. Our team will work with you to create the perfect spread of food and can fit in any dietary or nutritional requirements. (Yes, we are vegan, vegetarian, allergy, gluten friendly.) Of course, our classic menu is available to keep things tasty and simple.
All food arrangements must be made at least two weeks prior to your event.
DRINK:
We offer multiple local craft beers on tap, as well as a selective cocktail menu, house wines, and full spirit bar. On top of this we have a few choice beers and ciders. If there is something special you would like us to bring in let us know!
BYO WINE: Due to licensing restrictions, our bartenders must pour your wines and there is a $20 corking fee per bottle.
SOUND:
We have an unlimited selection of music and can make a playlist to suit the event. There is also a auxiliary cord for you to plug your device into our sound system.
COST:
Costs vary for each event, no minimum charge required but we do have a minimum spend. A deposit will be required to hold a date for an event. Beverages are priced at our usual rates, and a tab system can be set up for your guests.
CATERING:
No order too small, from office parties to birthdays, or just a gathering of friends. We are ready to work with you on planning and preparing exactly what you want no matter the occasion.
